Terms and Conditions

Up to 19 travelers:

• 1st Deposit: coordination fee of $100 per person in order to secure or make changes in the suggested itinerary.
• 2nd Deposit: 25% of the estimated cost (Including the coordination fee) once the hotels are booked.
• Balance: 75% of the total cost, up to 2 months before arrival.

20 travelers and more

• 1st Deposit: 20% of the estimated cost to secure the tour or make changes in the suggested itinerary.
• 2nd Deposit: An additional 40% of the total cost, after the hotels are booked.
• Balance: 40% –3 months before arrival.
