Ingredients:
- 13 oz (370 gr) dark chocolate
- 5 large eggs
- 3 Tablespoons Frangelico liquor
- 2 cups whipping cream (38% fat)
Preparation:
- Melt chocolate over Bain-marie and let cool for few minutes
- In a separate bowl mix eggs together and add to the melted chocolate
- Add the liquor and mix
- Whip the whipping cream and fold into the chocolate
- Cover and let rest in the refrigerator overnight
